Why not pick out one or two of your favorites (or perhaps instead, images that are technically fine but that you don't like and aren't sure why) and post them here? I'm sorry, but I certainly won't be taking the time to wade through a gallery of hundreds of images that look almost exactly the same, let alone writing critiques for each one (which is what I assume you were asking for, having posted your site in this particular forum).

I also have the same status. I think it has to do with finger printing when had filed for 485 during July 2007. My status is like that since Dec 2007 .Nothing has changed after that for me..

If one applied for his I-485 before the H-4 visa was expired, then not a problem. The minor could obtain a new h-4 visa stamp overseas. He / she should take AP with her / him just in case they can't issue a visa for any reason.
Generally speaking, one who has a pending form I-485 is not obligated by law to maintain any other status such as H-1 or H-4 and the time after the expiration of such a status is not counted as unlawful presence as long as the pending i-485 is not denied.

My Lawyer said the same thing. If you say the minimum requirement for a particular job is Bachelors + 5years of exp then every person hired for that position in the past should have Bachelors + 5yrs of exp.

In other words, the PD for EB3 ROW will (or should) be back to March 1, 2006 in October??? So very close for you!

My PD is 08/04/06, and my AP is expiring on June 2nd, I probably will have to travel sometimes June end. I am in a fix if I should go ahead and apply for Ap now. My PD will be current begining June 1st. I heard it may take 1 week to 60 days to get GC after your date becomes current, Do you guys think it's good idea to just apply for AP just in case?

This is key. We've been hearing that the White House was still up in the air between the energy bill and immigration and that one of the two would likely be pushed back until after the election. You cannot file for EAD or AP unless your get your I-485 receipt (A copy of the receipt notice needs to be included in the EAD and AP application). The EAD and AP should go to the same service center as your I-485 application. The address will be listed on your I-485 receipt notice. Pretty straight forward, you can do it yourself, do not pay a lawyer for preparing these documents. Good luck.

My labor was filed with job title from the employer as IT Lead (O*Net Code - 11-3021.00, O*Net title - Computer and Information Systems Managers). I am having an opportunity to convert to full-time on EAD (I-140 approved, EAD received 18months back). The new job title is Software Engineer(possible O*Net codes - 15-1032.00/15-1021.00/15-1031.00, possible O*Net title - Computer Software Engineer/Computer Programmer). Is it possible to file AC21 in this scenario. The salary and the job descriptions for both the Labor filing and the new opportunity are similar. I am worried if the title might cause a problem. I have to make a decision very soon. Please help.

I came in US with my family when I was 15-16, back then we were on L2, then as time passed by we switched to H4. Then I turned 21 so I had to go on Student Visa (F1). Still living in US legally.
Now my question is I've been staying in US over 10 years now, legally. I dont know if its rumor or not, but someone told me, that you can apply for Green Card if you lived in US over 10 years legally, is that true?
Going through all that H1B process sounds really hectic. Also all my family members, friends and relatives are here, I don't know anyone back in my birthplace. any suggestions or tips, would help a bit.

140 Approved from TSC last year.
EAD is self-filed later on Aug 14th @ NSC with USPS tracking# proof.
But EAD check cashed today from NSC (LIN#)

when and how many times we have spoken to the IIO.
Like will a IIO be able to look at one's receipt# and say if they have spoken to an IIO earlier that day or whenever that is?

You would need to take an updated affidavit of support and you latest tax returns if you have filed for any dependents and they have been called for the interview also. Would be useful for you to take the I-140 approval with you. All your original certificates, including birth and marriage, employment letter, W-2's, medicals if the ones that you submitted have expired, you need to follow the list of documents as per the interview letter. If your spouse has been called for the interview you would need to take joint documents and photographs to show that it is a bona fide marriage.

I have my I 140 approved long time back--Dec 2006 (I dont know which service center). So it was not concurrent filing.
If that's the case why people in this forum are so concerned about Texas SC. By that nobody on July 2nd should have filed to Texas, unless he/she is doing concurrent!

I was planning on just putting the documents(application and supporting docs) bound by paper clips.

Yes. One envelop for AP and the other one for EAD. Put both envelops in Fedex envelop.
