I have already moved to company B. Have an i-140 approved from company A in 09/2006. Now that my 6 years are over in 5 months, waiting for Fragomen to determine appropriate strategy for extension since new Perm has not been pending for 365 days. Anyone have experience with extending H1 using company A I-140 when with company B?

I got RFE on 140 asking
all my expereince letter proir to 2002 ( I came US in 1999) and By the time I worked with two companys.
Now I got one company exp letter and other one closed and I couldn't able to get the letter. as per sources and attorney advice I am submitting coleague affidavit.
and also they asked me all w2's where I worked only few months in 2004 and w2 amount is not that great.
I am still fearing how do USCIS take in to consideration when they finalise the case.
Do you think all these are substantiate my case , or they may come with another RFE or denial..
Please advise me what I want to do, I haven't submitt my case yet.

Congrats ! I guess the 3 green card is a magic number as mine was 10 yrs stay and 3 GC applications as well.
Did you receive the I-797 approval letter and at which service center was your case approved at.

Nope did not getthe I-797 yet, just an e-mail from USCIS. This was at NSC

Hi!
I was wondering if you guys know any link on Dept on labor (or uscis.gov) that says that employer is responsible for all the legal(lawyer) fees. I work for a government firm and they only pay H1b fees that they are supposed to pay to USCIS. At the same time, they force me to hire a lawyer (I cannot file it myself) and they want me to pay for the lawyer.
I was wondering if you know of any law that I can show them and ask them to pay for the same.

My Job ad says: Sr Business analyst wanted ... with MS/MBA or foreign equivalent with 5 yrs exp.
I have
BSc in physics - 3 yr India degree
PG diploma in Instrumentation - 1 Yr India PG diploma
PG dip in marketing mgmt - 1 Yr India PG dip (E learning)
PG dip in buiness admin - 1 Yr India PG dip (E learning)
MBA - 3 Yr India PG degree (E learning)
6 yrs in healthcare, 2 yrs in sales, 5 yrs as Business analyst with Indian s/w vendor. 13 yrs in total.
Does my job ad allow me to qualify for EB2? Will I have any issues at my I-140 stage? Pls share your thoughts
If 5 yr exp. is there, then the required exp. should match. Can you match requirement list and show matching previous exp.? If so it should be EB2 - if not then I-140 will not be approved.
This is the place lawyers provide better advise - how to match (req. vs exp.), so that they can defend case in case of RFE.
As such the job req. seems to be EB2. It has no relationship with individual. Individual have to match it.

We are in the same boat as you guys. Our lawyers said that the receipt date on the receipt notice is imp. The others can be ignored.

As a starting exposure, try the "moony 11" rule, ie. aperture of f11 and exposure time of 1/ISO (ie. about 1/125 for 100 ISO, etc.).
